Directions from IH 35
From the North or South, exit at the State Highway 71 exit, also called Ben White Blvd.
Proceed on the interstate access road to the first traffic light, then turn West on SH 71.
Continue on westbound SH 71 to the Manchaca Road exit.
Proceed on the access road to the first traffic light, then turn right onto Manchaca Road.
Continue northbound on Manchaca Road four blocks to Prather Street.
Our office is on your left, at the corner of Prather and Manchaca Road.
Directions from Oak Hill
From the "Y" travel East on 290 and take the Lamar Blvd exit.
Continue eastbound on the 290/71 access road past Lamar Blvd and travel to the Manchaca Road interchange.
Turn left onto Manchaca Road.
Continue northbound on Manchaca Road four blocks to Prather Street.
Our office is on your left, at the corner of Prather and Manchaca Road.
Directions from Central Austin
Travel South on Loop 1, also called Mopac Expressway and take the Loop 360 / Capital of Texas Highway South exit. This exit ramp is from the left lane of southbound Mopac Expressway.
Travel South on 360, also called Capital of Texas Highway and take the Lamar Blvd exit.
At the end of the exit ramp, travel straight through the traffic light (the road bends to the left) and continue on the 290/71 access road to the Manchaca Road interchange.
Turn left onto Manchaca Road.
Continue northbound on Manchaca Road four blocks to Prather Street.

Directions from Northwest Austin
Travel South on 360, also called Capital of Texas Highway and take the Lamar Blvd exit.
At the end of the exit ramp, travel straight through the traffic light (the road bends to the left) and continue on the 290/71 access road to the Manchaca Road interchange.
Turn left onto Manchaca Road.
Continue northbound on Manchaca Road four blocks to Prather Street.
